Low Calorie Apple Crisp
3.5 cups of chopped apples
2 cinnamon gram cracker crumbs
22g of honey
and 3 splendas
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and volia! You have a delicious low calorie dessert.
The whole thing is only 423 calories!
I’m cutting it into 6 servings so it’s about 70 calories per serving. Top it off with 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt.
